In a land of swords and sorcery, magical ships appear in the skies, heralding an invasion from another plane. The invaders are hell bent on enslavement and destruction. As one city state falls, the agents of the Emperor, the Adept Sinister, sow treason and anarchy across the remaining kingdoms hoping to bring the world of Maingard to its knees. If treason fails, then the invaders can fall back on their all powerful army.
